Breathe & Embody: New Year Reset
Start 2026 feeling grounded, focused and calm in just six weeks!
Overview
The new year doesn't need another resolution; it needs time to breathe.
A moment to pause before moving forward.
In Breathe & Embody, you’ll learn to pause before reacting, breathe before deciding and move from a place of calm rather than pressure.
What you’ll experience
- Guided breathwork that you can control (coherent breathing, box breathing and extended exhalation).
- Mindful movement (non-contact, suitable for all levels) to improve posture, eye contact and timing.
- Reflection and journaling to help you maintain a sense of calm in your daily life.
- Two guides: Björn (structure and depth) and Katrin (warmth and flow)
No performance. No pressure. Just you learning to breathe differently.
It's not an escape.
It's a way back to yourself, at the speed of breath.
Who this is for
This is for people who want a grounded way of living and leading — clarity without coldness, boundaries without walls, and strength without aggression. Beginners are welcome — if you can breathe and be kind, you already meet the most important criteria. Come along if you’re ready to move forward, reflect and engage with an honest community.
You must be at least 16 years old.

Not for
If you’re looking for performance metrics, quick fixes or spiritual bypassing, you’ve come to the wrong place. We move slowly by design. We keep it human on purpose. The work is simple, but not easy, because it requires sincerity rather than spectacle.

The Location
Situated about 78 km south of Frankfurt, Heidelberg is a historic university town located along the Neckar. The old town and castle that rise above it create a landscape that naturally invites you to take a walk and enjoy the view.
Our own dojang in Heidelberg is a quiet, light-filled room shaped by years of practice. The space embodies the discipline and kindness of traditional taekwondo: clear lines, soft silence and the feeling that every breath has its place. Here, movement feels different — on familiar ground, supported by a community that has grown within these very walls. This isn't just a venue we rent; it's home — and you can feel it the moment you step inside.
