Retreats — Participation, Safety & Care

Yes. All work is non-contact and invitation-based. No manual adjustments.

However, there will always be exercises that require interaction with other participants (including physical interaction) in order to gain certain experiences. If you do not want to participate, you can always say so.

No. Listening counts as participation. You can pass and contribute later or in writing.

Booking, Pricing & Policies

Directly on each retreat page via pretix. You’ll receive an order confirmation, ticket(s) and an invoice/receipt automatically.
If available, you’ll see them on the retreat’s pretix page; enter codes at checkout to apply before payment.

Accessibility, Inclusion & Consent

Yes. Every practice has seated/no-standing variants. You can adapt or opt out anytime—no explanation needed.
Tell us; we’ll plan breaks and food options accordingly.

For Organizations — Workshops & Speaking

Yes. We co-design outcomes, tone, and one micro-practice your people can safely try. Adult-learning research shows relevance and experience-based design drive engagement and transfer.
By default, no recording. If needed, we agree in writing on scope, duration, and internal vs. public use, and who owns the content. (Best practice is to spell out recording rights and usage in the speaker contract.)

Coaching (1:1 & Leadership)

Coaching is a forward-oriented, goal-focused partnership; it’s not therapy. We refer to therapy when issues require clinical care and set clear boundaries in our agreement.
Short cycles — Notice → Name → Practice → Reflect — plus one micro-ritual to keep. We often use slow-breath cues (longer exhale) that increase vagal tone/HRV and support regulation under pressure.

Data, Privacy & Communications

Only what’s needed to respond or deliver a service: contact details, booking data (tickets, invoices), and—if you choose to share—access/dietary info for retreat logistics. No hidden profiling.
Contact emails: ~6–12 months. Bookings/invoices: up to 10 years (legal). Retreat access notes: until the event is complete (then removed). Signal groups: archived/closed after the retreat.

Contact & Practicalities
