Breathe & Embody — New Year Reset
Six weeks to start 2025 grounded, focused and calm.
Overview — In the flow of an old university town
A new year doesn’t need another resolution — it needs a breath.
A moment to arrive before you move forward.
In Breathe & Embody, you’ll learn to pause before reacting,
to breathe before deciding,
to move from calm rather than pressure.
What you’ll experience
- Guided breathwork you can regulate (coherent breath, box breath, extended exhale)
- Mindful movement (non-contact, all levels) to anchor posture, gaze and timing
- Reflection & journaling so calm travels into daily life
- Two guides: Björn (structure & depth), Katrin (warmth & flow)
No performance. No push. Just you learning to breathe differently.
Not an escape:
A way back to yourself, at the speed of breath.
Who this is for
People who want a grounded way to live and lead — clarity without coldness, boundaries without walls, strength without aggression. Beginners are welcome; if you can breathe and be kind, you already meet what matters. Come if you’re ready to move, reflect, and be in honest community.
Minimum 16 years old.

Not for
If you’re seeking performance metrics, quick fixes, or a spiritual bypass, this isn’t your place. We move slowly on purpose. We keep it human on purpose. The work is simple, not easy — because it asks for sincerity rather than spectacle.

The Location
Heidelberg sits about 78 km south of Frankfurt, a historic university town along the Neckar with an old town and castle rising above it — a landscape that naturally invites walking, presence, and perspective.
Our own Dojang in Heidelberg is a light-filled, quiet room shaped by years of practice. The space carries the discipline and kindness of traditional Taekwon-Do: clear lines, soft silence, and the sense that every breath has a place. Here, movement lands differently—on familiar ground, held by a community that has grown in this very room. It isn’t a venue we rent; it’s home—and you can feel it the moment you step inside.
